Why are the prices different?

The variety of bundle volume and difficulty of creating the mockup (like fully editable stationery mockups) make the prices differ from one another. Note that: Bundle packs always have a huge discount benefit above the singular mockup prices.

I get payment error, what should do?

If you get the error 'There was an error processing your customer info' please try to purchase your order in a Chrome incognito browser or Safari.

What is a mockup?

A mockup is an image that showcases a design in action. When you place your design in the smart object of the photoshop file, it will automatically place your design in a photo realistic scene. We've added many effects like textures, reflections and 3D wrappings to embed your design in the most realistic way. A mockup is often uses in portfolio websites or client presentations to visualize a design.

Do you do custom work?

Yes, we do custom mockups. Please send us more information about the project. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I download files after making a purchase?

After purchasing a product you will receive be forwarded to the confirmation page. Here you van download you products immediately. You'll also receive an email with all the download links you need.

What version of Photoshop do i need to use your mockups?

The mockups are created the latest version of Adobe Photoshop. We recommend using the latest version of Photoshop.

Do your mockups come with an instruction guide?

The help sheet is included in all available products to give extra guidelines where needed. Are you really struggling with the process where and how to drag and drop your design, please check the 'tutorial link' in the footer of this page.

I lost my download-link, what should I do?

You'll also receive an email with all the download links you need. If you lost it, please send an email to hazardmockups@gmail.com with your order number. So we can send you a new download link.

Can i use your products without photoshop?

No, the files are only compatible with Adobe Photoshop. Our software is always updated with the latest version.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept payments via PayPal and AppelPay as well as credit cards handled via Stripe.

I did not receive the e-mail after the purchase

Our e-mail system automatically send out a confirmation message. If you have not received the email this can mean the inserted e-mail address is incorrect or the mail has landed in your spam folder. If this is not the case, please hit us up on ask@hazardmockups.com and will be send you a new e-mail.

Can I get a refund?

After purchasing the mockup refunds are unfortunately not possible. However, when the files seem to be defective, contact us on ask@hazardmockups.com so we can repair or find a mutual solution.
