The Lifetime Access Pass grants the holder access to the digital products available on hazardmockups.com for as long as Hazard Mockups continues to operate the platform. "Lifetime" refers strictly to the operational lifetime of the platform and its product catalogue, not the lifetime of the purchaser. When the platform ceases to operate, the Lifetime Access Pass and all access granted under it end. Access to any future products is conditional on such products being created and released, which is not guaranteed and, as set out below, is no longer part of the offer.

Product Releases and Updates‍

Hazard Mockups is winding down. We have ceased, or are in the process of ceasing, the release of new products, and no further updates, additions, or new products are promised or guaranteed. We make no commitment, guarantee, or warranty regarding the frequency, timing, quantity, or nature of any releases, past or future. Any past release cadence, stated ambition, roadmap, or marketing reference to regular or ongoing updates does not create any obligation and is expressly superseded by these terms. We may modify, pause, or permanently end the release of new products at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes and Discontinuation‍

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue the creation or distribution of new products, remove existing products, modify the platform, or cease operating the platform entirely. The Lifetime Access Pass does not entitle the holder to any specific product, future release, minimum catalogue size, ongoing updates, or continued operation of the platform. No discontinuation, removal, or change shall give rise to any claim, refund, credit, or damages.

Wind-Down and Final Access‍

When we discontinue the platform, we will make the products included in the holder's purchase available for download for a final period of no less than 100 days from the date discontinuation is announced (the "download window"). It is the holder's responsibility to download and retain their files within the download window. After the download window closes, all access, hosting, and availability end permanently, and Hazard Mockups has no obligation to host, store, re-supply, re-issue, or otherwise make the products available by any means. No account, platform functionality, support, or updates will be provided after the platform ceases to operate. Files are provided on an "as is" basis.

Limitation of Liability‍

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hazard Mockups shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses of any kind arising from the release schedule of products, the absence of new products, the removal of existing products, the winding down of the business, the discontinuation of the platform, or the end of access following the download window. The purchase price reflects access to the catalogue as it exists at the time of purchase; any future additions were provided as a courtesy, not a contractual obligation. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued on these grounds unless explicitly required by our refund policy or applicable law.
