Hazard Mockups is closing


Hazard Mockups is winding down. Sales close on 31 December 2026. Files you bought remain available for download until 30 June 2027. After that date, downloads end permanently. Your license to use the files you have downloaded does not end.

1. Licensing


Every purchase comes with one of the licenses below. Your license is non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual. It covers the products you purchased and continues after Hazard Mockups closes.

Commercial

- Company size: 1 perosn
- Projects: unlimited personal and client projects
- Advertising: no paid advertising
- Social media: one personal or business account

Extended Commercial

- Company size: 2 to 15 people
- Projects: unlimited personal and client projects
- Advertising: paid advertising allowed
- Social media: up to three personal or business accounts

Corporate

- Company size: more than 15 people
- Projects: unlimited personal and client projects
- Advertising: paid advertising allowed
- Social media: unlimited accounts

Restrictions (all licenses)

You may use the files in your own designs and in client work. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, in original or modified form, whether paid or free.

2. Terms and conditions


2.1 Scope

These terms apply to every purchase made on hazardmockups.com.

2.2 Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider. You receive an invoice by email after payment.

2.3 Delivery

All products are digital. After payment, you receive a download link and download instructions by email.

2.4 Right of withdrawal

Our products are digital content. When you complete your purchase, you request immediate delivery. You agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download link has been delivered.

2.5 Refunds

All products are sold as is. All sales are final and no refunds are given.

2.6 Download window

You are responsible for downloading and keeping your files before 30 June 2027. After that date, we will no longer host, store, resend or reissue files by any means.

2.7 Lifetime Access Pass

"Lifetime" refers to the operating lifetime of the platform, not the lifetime of the holder. The platform stops selling on 31 December 2026. Pass holders can download the products included in their pass until 30 June 2027. After that date, the pass and all access under it end.

2.8 No new products or updates

We no longer release new products or updates. Past release schedules, roadmaps or marketing references to ongoing updates do not create any obligation.

2.9 Liability

Files are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Hazard Mockups is not liable for damages arising from the use of the products, the end of new releases, the closing of the shop, or the end of access after 30 June 2027. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

2.10 Governing law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in.

3. Privacy policy

Who is responsible

Hazard Mockups VOF, at the address above, is responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: ask@hazardmockups.com.

What we collect

  • Purchases: name, email address, billing address, VAT number (businesses) and order details. Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card details.
  • ‍Emails: your email address, if you bought from us or subscribed to our newsletter.
  • Website: cookies, see section 4.

Why we use it

- To deliver your purchase and send your invoice (performance of the contract)
- To meet our tax obligations (legal obligation)
- To send emails about the closing of the shop and your downloads (legitimate interest). The newsletter is sent with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with the services we need to run the shop: our payment provider, email provider, website host and file host. We do not sell your data. Some of these providers are located outside the EU and use standard safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

- Order and invoice data: seven years, as required by Dutch tax law
- Email addresses: deleted after our final email in 2027, no later than 30 June 2027

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email ask@hazardmockups.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

4. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to make the website and checkout work. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
